1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the API Pilot: Interceptor and Mocker tool ("the Service") provided by API Pilot, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
API Pilot provides "API Pilot: Interceptor and Mocker", a browser extension and web application for API debugging, interception, and mocking. The Service includes:
- Request Interception: Capture and analyze HTTP/HTTPS requests mostly locally.
- Response Mocking: Create and serve mock API responses for development and testing.
- Request Modification: Modify request headers, bodies, and parameters on the fly.
- Local Storage: Securely store your API request history locally in your browser.
Privacy Guarantee: Your intercepted API data is stored locally and never transmitted to our servers.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 13 years of age
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly update your account information if it changes
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription Plans and Payments
4.1 Plan Types
We offer multiple subscription tiers with different feature access levels.
4.2 Billing
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- Payment is processed through Dodo Payments
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
4.3 Automatic Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.
4.4 Cancellation and Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for partial months or unused time
- Access to Pro features ends when subscription expires
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Upload malicious code or harmful content
- Use the Service to harm others or their data
- Reverse engineer or decompile the software
- Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
- Use automated systems to access the Service excessively
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:
- API data is processed and stored locally on your device
- We do not have access to your intercepted request history
- You retain ownership of your data
- You can export or delete your local data at any time

7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by API Pilot and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works
- Reverse engineer or decompile the software
- Remove copyright or proprietary notices
- Use our trademarks without permission
8. Disclaimers and Limitations
8.1 "As Is" Service
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
8.2 No Guarantee
We do not guarantee that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Defects will be corrected
- The Service is free from viruses or harmful components
- Results from use will be accurate or reliable
8.3 Data Loss
Important: While we implement security measures and backups, we are not responsible for data loss. You should maintain your own backups of important data.
8.4 Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for third-party services (e.g., payment processors, hosting providers) or websites you access through our Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Encrypted Clipboard Manager shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the Service
- Unauthorized access to your data
- Bugs, viruses, or harmful code transmitted through the Service
- Errors or inaccuracies in content
- Third-party conduct or content
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Encrypted Clipboard Manager from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Your content or data
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service:
- For violation of these Terms
- For fraudulent or illegal activity
- If required by law
- At our discretion for any reason with notice
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time from account settings.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes by:
- Posting the updated Terms on this page
- Updating the "Last Updated" date
- Sending email notification for significant changes
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
14. Dispute Resolution
For disputes, you agree to first contact us to seek resolution. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may pursue legal remedies.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and APIPilot regarding the Service.
